Summary
You will play a key role in ensuring Digital Transformation projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will be working within the technical division of [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] that delivers innovative software solutions that are enabled by Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform & Azure services.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Lead the client requirements gathering process through stakeholder engagement, definition and analysis of the business and functional requirements, resulting in an improved process enabled through cutting-edge technology.
- Advise on improvements to client business processes and enhancements based on best practices.
- Be the main point of contact for the client in the assigned process area across the lifecycle, including design, documentation, testing, training, and support.
- Encourage and contribute to client strategies and roadmaps to further enhance the usage of Microsoft technologies.
- Relay design requirements to the development team.
- Ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 is correctly configured to meet client expectations.
- Responsible for authoring and production of high-quality Functional documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, workshop materials and business process maps.
- Document and lead knowledge transfer.
- Run user training sessions and create support materials.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Functional Consultant across several industry sectors.
- Current Professional Certifications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, ability to effectively communicate at all levels, internally and externally.
- Commercial awareness with a commitment to delivering maximum return on investment for our clients.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and encourage team members and clients.

- You will collaborate with project teams to customise, develop, integrate, and extend Dynamics 365 CE and PowerApps to meet client requirements.
- Work with technology and design teams to support your client projects – including identifying challenges on the horizon and supporting continuous improvement.
Experience and skills
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Functional Consultant across several industry sectors.
- Current Professional Certifications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
