Financial Accountant and Retail

Summary

My client is a well-known Retail Brand who are seeking a tenacious and confident Financial Accountant to join a fast-paced business. The individual company are involved in some excellent work and associated with different amazing brands.

Your position as a Financial Accountant will work in a high finance team reporting toward the Financial Accounting Manager. Your task will include the support of the treasury function, managing the cash to sales receipt analysis, reconciliation, posting journals, weekly forecasts of everyday banking, preparing VAT returns and balance sheet accounts. The position is an all-rounded role as you will also be assisting with Month or Year-end close as well as another varied ad-hoc task.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support of the treasury function
