Summary
The Bank Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for residents, team members and visitors at Amberley Hall Care Home while maintaining a high quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the decoration of the home is to the highest standard and snagging items dealt with in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all minor repairs and plumbing are fixed within a timely manner.
- Responsibly for the maintenance of the refuse area and the removal of clinical waste and rubbish from the home.
- Ensure that all electrical equipment and boiler house is maintained and repaired if required.
- Overall responsibility for carrying out weekly, monthly and annual tests of the equipment and systems within the home.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar maintenance role is essential.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills.

About the role:
The Maintenance Support will work closely with the Maintenance Operative to manage and ensure the safe and pleasant environment for all residents and employees, working closely with wider teams to provide strong leadership and inspiration ensuring the highest service standards are achieved.
Salary:
£12.21 per hour.
Shift Pattern:
0 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Home Location:
Baldock Drive, King's Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ.
