Industry experience isn’t essential as a full induction, training and continuous coaching will be provided.

About the Job;

Excellent benefits, pension scheme and 28 days holiday (including Bank holidays) 40 hour week, Monday to Friday, flexible shift patterns. Uniform provided.

About You:

You'll need to have a passion for delivering an excellent Customer experience and be the type of person that strives to exceed Customer expectations through ensuring that your communication is friendly, consistent, clear and accurate whether that be verbally or written. You'll be extremely organized, efficient and be able to manage your time well to ensure you meet Customers and company deadlines. You'll have strength of character to deal with challenges, and remain unflustered at times of pressure.

You'll have an attention to detail that ensures process and administration is done correctly, first time and on time. You'll be able to work on your own initiative, and also be a Team player and enjoy working with a Team and the support of a Manager. You will be able to learn new systems easily and quickly.
