Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing contractors as a Planner based in South Wales.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Working within a close-knit Preconstruction Team, working across all sectors of the Civil Engineering spectrum.
- Assist in leading the overall planning function at a divisional level.
- Ensure adequate resources and training are provided to ensure that each tender and project have the appropriate level of support.
- Review the buildability of projects and produce/develop contractually compliant tender & construction programmes based on budget, work scope and available resources.
- Monitor progress on site and update the programme in accordance with contract conditions.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Experience of all aspects of civil engineering projects

Key requirements;
We are not looking for a scheduler, this role would suit someone with an engineer background who is interested in moving to preconstruction.
Experience of all aspects of civil engineering projects
Role will be based out of our Wales & Energy Bridgend office, blended with project visits across the UK.
