Summary

Bridge2Future Care Group is seeking a talented and passionate Young Persons LD Home Manager to lead their new specialist Children's Residential Home in the Derby area. The role offers a competitive salary between £42,000 and £50,000 per annum, along with a performance-related bonus and other benefits. The successful candidate for this role should possess the following:

A strong working knowledge of LD and behaviour that challenges or in supporting young people living with learning disabilities or neurodiversity.

A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years

At least 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting

A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place

A Full UK Driving License
