Summary

This role will work with the IT Service Management leadership, IT service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the bank to a high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the bank.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Exposure to some of the key modules in ServiceNow (CMDB, Discovery, Incident/Problem/Change)
  • Demonstrable experience in technical concepts of ServiceNow (web services and APIs, Javascript, workflow configuration)
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services)
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • Good decision and problem-solving skills
