Bridge2Future Care Group are on the lookout for a talented, driven and passionate individual to lead the service as Registered Home Manager for a Children's Residential Home based in the Swadlincote (Derbyshire) area.

The successful candidate for this role should possess the following:
- A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges
- A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years
- At least 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting
- A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
- A Full UK Driving License
- Right to Work in the UK
