Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
  • Promote and sell our co-working and commercial office solutions to prospective clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct client tours and consultations to tailor solutions to individual business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in commercial real estate, hospitality, or co-working environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of British and Chinese business cultures is a plus.
