Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Promote and sell our co-working and commercial office solutions to prospective clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client tours and consultations to tailor solutions to individual business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in commercial real estate, hospitality, or co-working environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of British and Chinese business cultures is a plus.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base and promoting our flexible office and co-working services.
