The role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships post-acquisition, from onboarding to renewal, while integrating commercial insights into service optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for key client accounts, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement retention and engagement strategies in coordination with marketing and operations teams.
  • Analyse client data and feedback to inform commercial decision-making and improve service delivery models.
  • Plan and lead client onboarding, business reviews, and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Manage client communications, including newsletters, service updates, and loyalty programmes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service alignment with brand and client expectations.
  • Identify upselling opportunities through analysis of client needs and business goals.
  • Contribute to branding and marketing campaigns targeting existing clients for loyalty and advocacy.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in client service management, marketing account management, or commercial client relations.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and relationship marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Data-driven, analytical, and able to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer service systems; Mandarin language ability is a plus.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or co-working sectors is advantageous.
