Key Responsibilities
- Assist client’s with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Support our clients with medication administration, following prescribed guidelines and procedures.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients through meaningful interactions and activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, including observations, incidents, and changes in our clients’ conditions.
- Collaborate with the care coordinators and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients & staff adhering to health and safety regulations and infection control standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices.
