Client and Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and fostering strong relationships built on trust and results.
- Lead the development and implementation of monthly account plans and activities, aligning with clients’ strategic goals.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, offering proactive solutions to address challenges and meet objectives.
- Oversee multiple accounts to ensure seamless campaign execution, exceptional client satisfaction, and adherence to deadlines.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights in detailed reports to clients and senior management.
Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute creative, data-driven PR strategies, marketing plans, and integrated campaigns tailored to client needs.
- Spearhead innovative ideas for client campaigns, with a particular focus on influencer and lifestyle strategies as well as others.
- Write compelling press releases, thought leadership pieces, media materials, and client updates that resonate with target audiences.
- Identify and secure high-level media opportunities, blog placements, and influencer partnerships to elevate client visibility.
- Manage the arrangement of interviews, editorial meetings, and exclusive media opportunities for client spokespeople.
Media and Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
- Leverage media and influencer relationships to generate impactful placements and amplify client messaging.
- Represent the company and clients at events, activations, and industry functions, ensuring consistent brand alignment.
Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality output.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborative efforts with internal teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
- Exhibit excellent judgment in problem-solving and crisis management, delegating tasks effectively while maintaining accountability.
Lifestyle and Influencer Expertise:
- Stay abreast of trends in the lifestyle and influencer space, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge strategies.
- Develop influencer marketing frameworks that drive engagement and align with client brand values.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including research, negotiation, execution, and evaluation.
Administrative and Financial Management:
- Ensure all work is executed to the highest standards, delivered on time, and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth and proactively pitch new opportunities and ideas to clients.
- Support new business development activities, including client pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR or communications environment, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
