What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef
- Passion for food, people, and hospitality excellence
- Own reliable transport
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive periods
- 4-day week (48-hour contract) – 3 days off to recharge and refocus.
