Summary
Warehouse Operatives needed to join Culina Logistics, a leading UK logistics business specializing in chilled warehousing. Responsibilities include replenishing stock, picking and packing customer orders, assisting drivers, and maintaining depot standards. This is a fast-paced role with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Nights pay £31,534.32 per annum and days pay £28,792.03 per annum.

We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Haverhill.
Job Description
As a business, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues. We operate on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
This is a fast-paced role, where you could be involved in a wide variety of tasks. From replenishing stock, picking and packing customer orders, assisting drivers with deliveries to maintaining depot standards ensuring our customers always receive the best possible service along with manual handling duties.
Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week.
Shifts available: (12 hour shifts, 3x 30 minute breaks per shift).
- 4 on 4 off nights, 19.00-07.00.
- 4 on 4 off days, 07.00-19.00.
Salary:
- Nights: £31,534.32 per annum.
- Days: £28,792.03 per annum.
- Overtime: Available when required at time and a half.
- Bonus: Performance related picking bonus to reward your high performance.
