Summary
Our professional care workers provide domiciliary care services for individuals with disabilities. Services include learning disability care, home care, personal care services, and medication assistance. Trust our dedicated care workers to provide compassionate and reliable support in enhancing the quality of life for those in need.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person centred approach
- To observe and promote the Client’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights
- To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders
- To actively support other Care Workers management and staff
- To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Caring Hand’s policies, procedures and guidelines

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Dedicated healthcare professionals with at least 12 months experience caring for those with health conditions, learning difficulties or who are elderly and vulnerable.
