What’s on offer?

We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Our full-time role is 40 hours per week, worked over four days (8:30am–7:00pm), with a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota and time off in lieu.

If you're looking for a part-time role, we're happy to tailor the hours to suit you – whether it’s specific days or shorter shifts, we’ll work with you to create the right balance.

There’s no out-of-hours or bank holiday work, as we do not provide an emergency service.

Whether it’s pub nights, theatre trips or garden centre visits, we believe in spending time together outside of work to stay connected. We also take mental health seriously and foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
