Summary
To ensure the provision of high standard care and enable residents to live the lifestyle of their choosing. The role involves upholding residents’ rights, maintaining their dignity, and ensuring staff work as a team while participating in general activities within the care home.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience: Care Home Team Leader: 1 year (required)
- Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)

Job description:
Note: Working format will be 6 days 6 nights across one calendar month.
- To ensure the provision of high standard care.
- To enable residents to live the lifestyle of their choosing.

- To ensure the staff group work as part of a team.
- To be involved in the general activities of the care home.
Main Responsibilities.
- To work in a flexible and professional manner.
- To take part in learning opportunities.
- To attend supervision to review and reflect on your performance.
- To ensure the safety and wellbeing of your residents.
- Report any issues of concern to your manager.
- To conduct yourself in a professional manor.
- To make yourself aware of the organisational policy and procedures.
- To maintain strict confidentiality in and outside of the home.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully to residents, management, staff, and visitors.
- To maintain residents’ privacy, dignity and independence.
- To promote safe working throughout the home.
- To lead by example.
- To ensure correct maintenance of all care records of the care provided
