  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a receptionist in a veterinary practice or similar environment.

  • Proficiency in computer software, including appointment scheduling and basic office applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, sometimes emotionally charged environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client records, payments, and administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.
