Summary
The Rocksalt Group is hiring experienced bar staff for The Pilot, a beach bar in Folkestone. Responsibilities include greeting guests, communicating the menu, handling payments, and working as part of a team. Candidates should be well-presented, highly motivated, and possess customer service and communication skills. Cocktail knowledge and experience in high-end establishments are preferred. About You
The Pilot sits on the beach, next door to Little Rock and just a stone's throw from the sea, serving drinks and small plates for people to enjoy in this beautiful setting. Sit on a fabulous deck chair or a dodgem car right by the water's edge to enjoy a long summers afternoon outside or cosy up inside during the colder winter months with warming drinks and snacks.
You must be well presented and highly motivated, good knowledge of cocktails and the drinks industry gained through working in relevant high-end establishments is preferred.
