About You
Rocksalt's sister restaurant, Little Rock is our newest opening and sits harbourside just off the station platform on Folkestone's Harbour Arm. Housed within a shipping container, Little Rock is an exclusive fish restaurant, serving fresh, local and seasonal fish and seafood, supplied straight from The Folkestone Trawlers operating out of Folkestone Harbour and the surrounding Hythe Bay area. Little Rock sits right on the beach and has a fabulous covered terrace in the summer and it's one of the busiest restaurants on the Harbour Arm.
You must be well presented and highly motivated, good knowledge of cocktails and the drinks industry gained through working in relevant high-end establishments is preferred.
