Summary
A global architecture firm seeks a 3+ year PQE lawyer with construction experience to join its legal team. The role involves both contentious and non-contentious construction work, commercial and joint venture agreements. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus, and a hybrid work policy (2 days in the office).
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Handle both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
- Work on commercial agreements.
- Work on joint venture agreements relevant to construction.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- 3+ years PQE.
- Experience in construction law, either in Private Practice or Inhouse.
- Experience of working on commercial agreements, joint venture agreements relevant to construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

My client, a global architecture firm, wants to add a 3+ year PQE lawyer with prior construction experience to its robust legal team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE (flexible to consider profiles outside of this range)
- Trained and qualified at a recognised law firm
- Both contentious and non-contentious construction experience gained either in Private Practice or Inhouse
- Experience of working on commercial agreements, joint venture agreements relevant to construction
- Previous experience in a construction-based environment would be ideal
- Strong organizational and communication skills
