FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

Our client, a Global Manufacturing Organisation, are looking for Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team in London for a 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Clear, concise and unambiguous preparation and drafting of relevant documentation
  • Conducting legal research using internal and external knowledge management resources
  • Build strong relationships with senior management across the business to provide pragmatic solutions to legal issues.
  • Support the delivery of the organisation’s innovation agenda, through practical commercially-focused advice.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3 years' PQE level of commercial experience
  • A solid understanding of the commercial legal issues facing a busy in-house organisation
  • Experience working within commercial contracts and advising businesses'
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and a confident manner in engaging with clients and colleagues
  • An ability to hit the ground running and work independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A creative attitude to their work
