Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the formation and ongoing maintenance of hedge and private funds, including the drafting and reviewing of fund documentation
- Supporting lawyers on regulatory and compliance matters, including AIFMD, FCA, and SEC-related work
- Conducting legal research and preparing client-ready summaries on relevant developments
- Assisting with investor onboarding processes and fund governance materials
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality legal services
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within a top law firm or in-house legal team (e.g. asset manager, hedge fund, private equity house)
- Background in funds or investment management
- Strong academic record and excellent attention to detail
