  • Advising the business (Equities Sales, Trading and Structuring) on all types of equity and cross-asset transactions (cash and derivatives) in the EMEA region
  • Advising the business on a range of regulatory matters impacting the Equities business
  • Driving process, documentation, and efficiency improvements across the various areas of coverage

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • E&W Qualified (or Common Law jurisdiction)
  • 4-8 PQE and relevant experience in the area
  • experienced in cash equities or equity derivatives-related matters

Tier 1 International Investment Bank is looking for an Equities Derivatives Lawyer to join their EMEA Team (London Office). The candidate will advise on a broad range of matters related to Equities and Cash Equities transactions and regulations.
