Summary

An experienced commercial paralegal is sought to join a high-performing legal team at a leading global medical tech company. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting commercial matters and gaining exposure to complex contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assisting with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, service contracts and power of attorneys.
  • Supporting the legal team in managing contract lifecycles, from initial instruction through to execution and renewal.
  • Conducting legal research on commercial law, data protection, and regulatory compliance issues relevant to contractual arrangements.
  • Assisting in risk assessments related to commercial agreements and advising internal stakeholders on contract terms.
  • Liaising with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, compliance) and external counsel as necessary on contractual matters.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Very strong academics
  • 1+ years experience as a commercial paralegal
  • Experience in drafting NDAs, POAs and procurement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
