Our client, a UK leading law firm, are seeking an experienced paralegal to work within the Private Client team, in the sector of Wills, Trusts and Probates. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, client instruction and the administration of estates. The role is based in East Sussex.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- You may be a qualified Legal Executive, in the process of studying CILEx or an experienced paralegal in this field.
- Experience and confidence in the managing of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
