Summary
A Global Funds Manager is looking for a lawyer to join their Legal team in their London Office. The fund is looking for a lawyer that will help the team manage the funds from launch to finish, including the management.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Provide legal and regulatory advice for all fund development, launch and ongoing maintenance of the products
- Advise in legal and regulatory developments
- Liaise with internal (globally) and external stakeholders
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- 4-8PQE, ideally E&W Qualified
- Experience working with UK and/or Irish Funds

The Role
A Global Funds Manager (traditional products) is currently looking for a new lawyer to join their Legal team in their London Office. The fund is looking for a lawyer that will help the team manage the funds from launch to finish, including the management, i.e. working with the funds in full cycle.
