Paralegal/Executive Assistant - Energy Startup
Our client, a fast-growing international sustainability start up, is seeking an executive assistant to join their London team. This position is a great way to hone administrative skills, whilst working in a team utilising artificial intelligence to reduce energy consumption and help clients achieve their net zero ambitions.
The role
- Providing commercial legal support to help business divisions achieve their business plans and manage existing and new commercial contracts
- Supporting the legal team in reviewing and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts. Examples include service agreements, event / hire agreements, advertisement and competition T&Cs, and data protection and confidentiality agreements
- Supporting the business with GDPR compliance and managing any data breaches
- Assisting in managing GDPR compliance at head office level, including updating and managing data breach register
- Management and oversight of business projects
- Producing timelines and reviews of projects
- Assist with the administration and managing of transaction processes generally
- Attending meetings with CEO and recording minutes.
