Summary
A leading city law firm seeks an experienced paralegal to join their commercial real estate team. The role involves assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and due diligence, along with drafting and managing legal documentation, conducting title reviews, and supporting solicitors. Candidates should have a strong academic background, at least two years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assisting with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and due diligence
- Drafting, reviewing and managing legal documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, title reports, and closing documents
- Conducting title and survey reviews, zoning research, and coordinating due diligence investigations
- Supporting solicitors with case management, closing coordination, and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Very strong academic background
- At least 2 + years experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine and strong interest in commercial real estate law and eagerness to develop within this area of law.
