Summary

A world-leading software provider is seeking a SaaS experienced lawyer on a 3-month temporary contract to work remotely. The role involves structuring business deals, drafting contracts, providing legal advice, and supporting on data privacy issues.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Working alongside business representatives to lead in structuring business deals.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex software as a service contract with customers together with professional services and other commercial contracts
  • Providing ad hoc support and advice on a range of matters arising in the course of business
  • Providing legal advice to functional area when launching new services.
  • Providing support and advice on data privacy issues to other functions within the company.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3-8 PQE+ (England & Wales)
  • Previous relevant SaaS experience (drafting, negotiating and reviewing)
  • Exposure to data protection matters, ideally
  • Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
