The role is for an Interim Commercial Lawyer to provide maternity cover within a legal team.   • Lead legal support on complex and high-value transactions with commercial customers
  • Provide strategic input on contract negotiation and commercial risk
  • Collaborate with product, procurement, and operational teams to refine customer and supplier terms
  • Advise across the contract lifecycle, including disputes, regulatory change, and compliance matters
  • Work closely with both external counsel and internal stakeholders to manage legal risk
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a strong grounding in commercial law
  • Experience handling complex commercial transactions in a fast-moving setting
  • Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Sector experience in technology, communications, or related industries is highly beneficial
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-driven
