Summary
An experienced paralegal is sought to join the commercial real estate team at a leading international law firm in London. The role involves assisting with various commercial real estate matters, drafting legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and supporting solicitors.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assisting with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and due diligence
- Drafting, reviewing and managing legal documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, title reports, and closing documents
- Conducting title and survey reviews, zoning research, and coordinating due diligence investigations
- Supporting solicitors with case management, closing coordination, and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Very strong academic background
- circa 1 + years experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine and strong interest in commercial real estate law and eagerness to develop within this area of law.
