A brilliant paralegal is being sought to join a leading multinational investment bank in London. The role involves liaising with outside counsel, reviewing documents, performing legal research, monitoring regulatory developments, and communicating with regulatory bodies such as the FCA or ICO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with outside counsel;
- Reviewing documents to ensure compliance with all applicable laws;
- Performing legal research on a variety of issues;
- Monitoring regulatory developments, including consultation papers;
- Communicating with regulatory bodies such as FCA or ICO.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Good academic background;
- Experience with UK commercial contracts and liaising with regulatory bodies,
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Team player who can work well with the Legal and operations groups.
