Paralegal - Property - Leading City Firm

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Draft and compile monthly legal updates for the Property Department.
  • Attend industry webinars hosted by external training providers, barristers’ chambers, and industry bodies; take notes and present key issues to the team.
  • Assist in preparing articles by conducting research and drafting initial versions.
  • Investigate legal issues raised by Knowledge Lawyers or fee earners, delivering findings in written or oral formats.
  • Becoming a system expert on Orbital Witness (a property due diligence platform), supporting fee earners and PAs using the system.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ months of experience as a property paralegal
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring tasks are completed with precision.
  • Adaptable and open to change, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks.
  • Confident in working independently and efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Brings a proactive and innovative mindset to problem-solving, consistently delivering creative and effective solutions.
