A Real Estate Solicitor is sought for a 2-3 month interim contract with a global law firm. The role involves advising on real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating documents, conducting due diligence, and liaising with clients. The position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and developments
  • Draft and negotiate leases, sale contracts, and ancillary documents
  • Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction management
  • Liaise with clients and counterparties to progress matters efficiently

Core Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1-4 yearsโ€™ PQE
  • Strong drafting skills and experience handling property transactions
  • Able to manage work independently with appropriate supervision
  • Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
