Seeking a Legal Contractor to join a top Professional Service Firm in Birmingham. The role involves document reviewing, contract management, and working with finance and banking. Candidates should have a GDL or LLB and an interest in finance, and be able to commute to Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Facilitate and coordinate administrative processes including document reviewing and analyzing;
- Handling sensitive transactional and commercial documents whilst assisting in the drafting, negotiation and management of contracts.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- GDL or LLB
- Good academics
- An interest or experience in Finance and Banking
- Commutable to Birmingham
