Our client, an elite International Law firm, is looking for a Paralegal to join their busy corporate team. This is an unmissable opportunity to work within a busy team to gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide support to the fee earners within the team with a varied workload
  • Specifically handling Corporate matters
  • Assisting on disclosure exercises on sale-side transactions
  • Drafting board minutes, shareholder resolutions and simple agreements
  • Assisting with due diligence

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • 6 months of previous experience within a corporate paralegal position
  • Strong academics; Law degree LLB/GDL (2.1 / Commendation or above) and LPC (preferred not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
