Summary
The client, an renowned International Law Firm, is looking to hire a Paralegal Team Lead to join them in their Scotland office. The successful candidates role will include supervising, managing, and reviewing the work of the paralegal team.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Supervising and checking work undertaken by Assistant Paralegals, Paralegals and Senior Paralegals,
- People management of a sub-team of paralegals to include tasks such as approval of holidays, monitoring sickness, giving feedback, identifying and implementing training needs,
- Leading on projects undertaken by the team to include supervising and checking work undertaken by Assistant Paralegals,
- Reviewing, understanding and allocating incoming work which is received.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Strong previous Senior or Team Lead Paralegal experience working with a similar capacity handling a team of Paralegals,
- Excellent attention to detail, an analytical, thorough and committed approach to work,
- Strong management and communication skills.
