A Tier 1 Law firm is seeking a Court of protection paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting solicitors and partners on Court of Protection cases, providing administrative and legal services for vulnerable clients, and managing client correspondence. Candidates should have an excellent academic background, prior experience in Court of Protection, and strong communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Solicitors and Partners on Court of Protection cases;
- Assisting in the provision of administrative and legal services for vulnerable clients;
- Managing written and telephone correspondence with clients professionally;
- Producing letters, witness statements, court applications and other documents as required.
Core Requirements
- Excellent academic background;
- Prior Court of protection paralegal experience (a minimum of 6-12 months experience);
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Strong attention to detail.
