Summary
Our client is an International Investment Bank (Ranked Top 5) looking for a Securities Lawyer to join theirteam in London.
The successful candidates work will include (but not be limited to):
- Advising on all legal documentation-related issues
- Negotiating agreements such as the Securities Lending Agreement, Overseas Agreement and Global Master Repurchase Agreement
- Providing day-to-day legal advise
The successful candidates will need to hold the following skills and experiences:
- Qualified Lawyer; E&W or similar jurisdiction
- 4-8 PQE
- Securities or derivatives experience is a must
