The Role
The successful candidate’s work will include (but not be limited to):
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating several types of contractual agreements including; MSAs, SOWs, SLAs
- Assist on the structuring, negotiation and closing client transactions
- Stay up to date with wider issues affecting the company and it’s clients
Requirements
- 3+ Years’ PQE- Experience in handling and negotiating complex agreements- Exposure to technology-based agreements
