Summary
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Services is looking for a enthusiastic support worker to work under the general direction of the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and Team leaders, to work as part of the team to deliver a high standard of care and support which meets the individual needs of the children and young people. To act as an appropriate role model, provide advice, assistance, and support to children and attend to their practical, physical, and emotional needs to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their full potential. The role include supporting children and young people to attend social activities, education and health care appointments and supporting young people to maintain and personalize their home. No experience needed as full training is provided.
Part time or full time available, days or nights and/or bank work
