Summary
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is seeking a Senior Builder to join their team. The role involves overseeing construction tasks, managing resources, and ensuring high standards of service and health and safety on industrial sites, primarily in the Wirral area.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites
- Provide project oversight including planning, execution and completion
- Multi building trades including joinery, flooring, civils, brick and steel work
- Resource management
- Schedule and budget management
- Carry out construction tasks in an efficient and safe manner
- Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards
- Stakeholder management
- Provide thorough daily updates regarding progression of construction tasks
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Previous experience in similar role
- An ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site construction/maintenance
- Building skills - joinery is essential, plumbing is preferred
- Good communication skills as this will be a client facing role
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Work well as part of a team
- CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS qualification required
JOB DESCRIPTION
[Employer hidden] Group is currently seeking a proactive and motivated Senior Builder to join our dynamic construction project team.
As a Senior Builder, you will be responsible for supporting with projects across several industrial sites in the North West (primarily in the Wirral Area, but not exclusively). This role involves performing construction duties alongside project managers and site supervisors, ensuring our high standards of service and health and safety are maintained, while also leading daily communication with our clients. Projects may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.
Success in this role requires an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for travel within the North West, excellent communication skills, and a professional and positive work attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
