We are on the lookout for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team and help us continue our mission of providing high-quality care to those who need it most. Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage care staff and their rotas.
- Take part in out of hours on call rota.
- Take on new packages and clients to grow the business.
- Proactively complete risk assessments, care plan assessments and providing hands on care if needed.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Hold a NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in health & social care or be actively working towards one.
- Proven experience as a Care Coordinator with a track record of managing over 700 hours of care per week.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage care staff and schedules effectively.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments and care plan assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The Role:
- Will be an experienced Care Coordinator who has managed 700plus hours a week - Have a NVQ/QCF Level 3 or working towards in health & social care - The Care Coordinator will have the ability to manage a cohort of care staff and their rotas - The Care Coordinator will take part in out of hours on call rota - The Care Coordinator will have the ability to take on new packages and clients to grow the business - The Care Coordinator will be proactive in completing risk assessments, care plan assessments and providing hands on care if needed. - Ideally have used CAREFREE & PASS systems or something similar. - The Care Coordinator will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience using Share Point is a bonus!
Qualifications Required:

- Familiarity with care management software (e.g., BIRDIE ) is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
