FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

To support the Online Sales Manager with day-to-day duties including customer inquiries, maintaining listings on eBay and Amazon, managing social media, ensuring effective listing practices, controlling bids/offers, meeting financial targets, raising invoices, packaging items, and following health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer enquires and respond efficiently
  • Maintain promoted listings and advertisements on eBay and Amazon
  • Maintain Social Media platforms with up to date offers/ promotions
  • Ensuring all listings are done in a manner that best attracts views/bids
  • Ensuring listing item capabilities of the operation are maximized
  • Maintaining effective control of items that have attracted bids/offers
  • Meet agreed financial targets
  • Raise invoices and keep record to date
  • Ensuring purchased items are packaged appropriately and sent out in a timely manner
  • Following health and safety policy & procedures and giving training when needed

About the Role

Requirements

We are currently looking for a individual to join our growing team. We are a small but rapidly growing company, with a friendly but focused team.

High level of speaking and writing English is required, as you will be required to reply to customer queries etc.

  • Have you worked for an ecommerce platforms before?
  • Have you managed eBay, Amazon accounts to a high level?
  • Do you have relevant experience?

Job Description Summary:
