Summary

Brand Ambassador position with a salary range of £23,000 to £40,000, field-based in Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham and Gosport. 23-26K Basic + £10,000k OTE ( UNCAPPED)

Field Based across Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham and Gosport

(Travel is provided - Driving not essential)

About the Portsmouth team:

Portsmouth is the first city we deployed our service on the City Fibre Network to, and we are quickly becoming the full-fibre provider of choice here. We have since expanded into Havant too. Customers here are getting to know and love us for the positive impact we are making to the city, and as we expand into areas around Portsmouth, we know we are going to make exactly the same impact. The team also cover Fareham and Gosport (coming soon) which are toob network (built and owned by us), and regularly work across different areas of the Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham and Gosport areas.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for personable, enthusiastic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to be directly responsible for driving brand awareness and delivering sales within Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham and Gosport and wider areas by engaging with potential customers at their premises and at local events. You will also be driven by selling a service that is new, exciting and unlike anything else on the market.

As a Brand Ambassador​ you will need to be:

- Self-motivated, confident individuals who enjoy a role that involves being out and about every day, interacting with customers face-to-face

- Someone who enjoys helping people and making a positive difference in the local community

- Someone who enjoys being in different locations with different challenges day-to-day

- Driven by achieving targets and enjoy the challenge of bringing our product to life for customers

- Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt your style where needed

- A person who can cope well under pressure and overcome customer objections

- Experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, target driven retail sales or lead generation as a field sales executive or field sales advisor will be advantageous in this role, but not essential

- A full driving licence would also be advantageous, but not essential

- Have the right to work in the UK without restriction.

In return, we offer a basic salary of £23-28K per year as well as our industry-leading commission scheme, on a permanent contract.

Our commission is unlike any commission scheme you may have heard of before; this a scheme where our OTE is the minimumthat the team should take home, and our teams are achieving far beyond the minimum £10k commission per annum. Part of the interview process is going through this scheme and the honest earning potential of the role.
