Summary
Nova Founders Capital is seeking an experienced or aspiring Associate to join their Search Fund in London. The role involves building and growing a business, developing strategies, leading teams, and managing P&L. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, proactive approach, and a passion for building companies. A bachelor's or master's degree is required, along with 3-7 years of experience at a top-tier firm or company.

What We Offer You
Nova Founders Capital are searching for experienced or aspiring Associate for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become Associate of an existing company within our portfolio.
You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies.
Your Responsibilities
As Associate, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks vary to the specific stage and company, and will include:
