Summary
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd. is seeking an organised, proactive and energetic Dispatch Co-Ordinator to join their busy Ardmore site. The role involves coordinating transport and deliveries, liaising with various teams and customers, monitoring delivery progress, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Co-ordinating daily transport and deliveries of concrete products
- Liaising with internal teams, drivers, and customers to schedule loads
- Monitoring delivery progress and solving any on-the-road issues
- Maintaining accurate records and dispatch documentation
- Helping ensure Creagh’s commitment to quality and service remains second to none
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience in a logistics, transport or dispatch role (construction/manufacturing a bonus)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure
- Confident using dispatch and scheduling systems (training provided)
