Summary

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and energetic Dispatch Co-Ordinator to join our busy Ardmore site. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things moving smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Co-ordinating daily transport and deliveries of concrete products
  • Liaising with internal teams, drivers, and customers to schedule loads
  • Monitoring delivery progress and solving any on-the-road issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and dispatch documentation
  • Helping ensure Creagh’s commitment to quality and service remains second to none

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous experience in a logistics, transport or dispatch role (construction/manufacturing a bonus)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure
  • Confident using dispatch and scheduling systems (training provided)
