FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

The Senior Reward Analyst (Maternity Cover) will provide analytical support to the Reward Team and People Function, ensuring timely and accurate data provision to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include analyzing market data, conducting job levelling, supporting pay cycles, and managing share plans, while also ensuring the accuracy of UK payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Work with the People teams in the Business Units to support their understanding and application of reward data and insights
  • Produce analysis of market data to provide recommendations for reward packages
  • Conduct job levelling for new or revised roles, using the appropriate methodology
  • Provide market data comparisons for pay reviews
  • Support annual pay and bonus cycles
  • Work with others in the team to prepare the data submission for market surveys
  • Support pay equity and pay transparency work across all countries
  • Become a proficient user of the HR system
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of share plans, liaising with Finance and Legal as appropriate
  • Prepare communications for employees on reward plans and benefit programmes as required
  • Support the BIL UK payroll processes and ensure monthly accuracy and sign-off

THE ROLE

1. OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To provide analytical support to the Reward Team and People Function and Business Leaders, ensuring timely and accurate provision of data and advice, to support decision making.

2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
